Pre’s Trail is the running reason
The wood-chip path named for Steve Prefontaine is why Track Town buyers type this park. It is a daily habit, not a once-a-year 10K. If you will run here before work, live on this side of the river or accept the bridge.
Autzen is not a neighborhood tour
Home games own the roads. Do not schedule Fairmount or Cal Young showings in the two hours before kickoff and then blame the pocket. The park is wonderful on a non-game Saturday. Plan like a local.
