Inquiries and CRM

Forms on this site collect the information you submit — typically name, email, phone, property of interest, and your message — so we can respond to a real estate request. Submissions are stored privately and may be assigned to a Team Burke agent. We do not sell your contact information.

We keep inquiry records for as long as we need them to handle your request, meet brokerage record-keeping rules, or resolve a dispute. You can ask us to update or delete a marketing contact by emailing jon@teamburke.org.

Listing data

Listing photos, remarks, and property facts come from the regional multiple listing service and remain subject to its rules and copyright. That content is shown so you can identify a home you may want to buy. It is not sold as a data product.

Cookies and analytics

This public site uses Google Analytics to measure visits, page views, and traffic sources. Google may set cookies for that measurement. We do not run advertising pixels or a marketing cookie banner, and we do not use third-party ads on these pages.

Signing in to the office area uses a private cookie your browser does not share with page scripts. Inquiry forms use a short-lived security check so a submission cannot be sent twice. Those are necessary for the feature you asked for. Map tiles on listing pages are loaded from Mapbox when a map is shown.
