This policy covers teamburke.org, operated by Team Burke at Triple Oaks Realty. Licensed real estate activity is conducted through Triple Oaks Realty.

Inquiries and CRM

Forms on this site collect the information you submit — typically name, email, phone, property of interest, and your message — so we can respond to a real estate request. Submissions are stored in our private CRM (Firebase / Firestore) and may be assigned to a Team Burke agent. We do not sell your contact information.

We keep inquiry records for as long as we need them to work the file, meet brokerage record-keeping rules, or resolve a dispute. You can ask us to update or delete a marketing contact by emailing jon@teamburke.org.

RMLS / IDX listing data

Listing photos, remarks, and property facts are provided through RMLS / IDX partners and remain subject to MLS rules and copyright. That content is shown so consumers can identify property they may want to buy. It is not sold as a data product.

Cookies and analytics

This public site uses Google Analytics to measure visits, page views, and traffic sources. Google may set cookies for that measurement. We do not run advertising pixels or a marketing cookie banner, and we do not use third-party ads on these pages.

The admin desk uses an httpOnly session cookie after login. Inquiry forms use a short-lived security token so submissions are not replayed. Those cookies are necessary for the feature you asked for. Map tiles on listing pages are loaded from Mapbox when a map is shown.
