A weekday tour is a campus errand. A Trials or Prefontaine weekend is a different city: hotels, 13th Avenue, Franklin, and the Amazon corridor. If you are buying near campus, walk the block on a meet Friday, not only during dead week.

The listing used Track Town as poetry. The house sat on the MLK side of the river. Hayward weekends never touched it; Duck Saturdays did. We now pin the actual stadium on the map before anyone uses the nickname in an offer.
