North valley is a farm calendar
Detering pumpkins, Thistledown on River Road, and Scandinavian weekend sit on the same corridor. If that year-round rhythm is the brief, stop shopping Fairmount for architecture you will not maintain.
Coburg is next door and not the same
Antique-town Coburg and festival-town Junction City are different inventories, different school conversations, and a different I-5 feel. Tour both if north-metro is the brief.
