What to expect at the Fair

The event brings together handmade crafts, food booths, music, and a wide range of performances. You can build the day around acts you want to see or spend more time browsing and discovering things along the way.

For a first visit, choose a few priorities instead of trying to cover every stage and booth. Leave time between scheduled performances for walking, food, and breaks. A plan with some flexibility makes it easier to enjoy an unexpected stop without feeling late for the next one.

Tickets and admission

Use the official ticket page for purchase links, prices, and terms. As of this review, it announces a February 1, 2027 sales start. A general “Buy Tickets” button elsewhere on the site does not establish that the next year's sale has begun.

The current policy admits children age 12 and younger free with a ticketed adult. Check the policy again when buying, along with any applicable discount and refund terms.

If you are driving, check the parking arrangements separately from admission. Purchasing a place to park does not replace the ticket needed to enter the event.

Getting there from Eugene

The Fair is on Highway 126 near Veneta. Use the event address and the organizer's arrival directions; the organization's Eugene office is a different location.

The Fair encourages shuttle travel and carpooling. Its transportation page links to transit information and explains the arrival options. Check the published service for the coming Fair before committing to a pickup point or return time.

If you drive, enter as directed from Highway 126 at Maple Gate. The organizer specifically advises against entering from Suttle Road. Allow extra time around arrival and departure, and follow traffic staff and posted signs.

Plan for a comfortable day

Wear footwear you are comfortable walking in, check the forecast, and review the Fair FAQ before deciding what to bring. Arrange a meeting place with your group and leave space for breaks.

If you need accessible transportation or assistance at the event, use the accessibility information linked from the organizer's website before your visit. That gives you time to ask about the route and services that matter to you.

For an overnight trip, arrange lodging or campground space separately. A multi-day admission ticket should not be treated as a campsite reservation.
