Pearl Street under the Eugene Hotel is downtown Eugene. 5th and Main is Springfield. If you live in Thurston, stop pretending downtown is your default pie. If you live on College Hill, stop driving to Springfield for the same brand.
Campus pizza is a housing file
Track Town on Franklin is the Hayward / student-adjacent pie. Fairmount and 97403 buyers use it. Cal Young does not. Game nights change the block — same rule as Autzen.
